Who you are dealing with

This site and the consulting offered through it are operated by Ezekiel Contreras-Forrest, trading under his own name as a sole trader. You can reach him at ezekielphilippines25@gmail.com. These terms apply whenever you use this site or book a session.

What is on offer

One-on-one consulting on moving abroad to Asia and on geo arbitrage, delivered as a live video or voice call. The 15-minute discovery call is free. Paid consulting is billed at a flat rate of $200 USD per hour, charged in advance through Stripe. There are no packages, tiers, subscriptions, or minimum commitments, and no charge recurs.

All prices on this site are in USD. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate and foreign transaction fee, which is outside anyone's control here.

You need to be 18 or over

Sessions are sold to adults only. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to enter into a contract where you live.

Consulting provides guidance, planning support, and information drawn from experience. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or medical advice, and Ezekiel is not licensed or regulated to provide any of those. Nothing said in a session creates a solicitor, attorney, accountant, or adviser relationship of that kind.

You are responsible for verifying immigration, tax, and legal requirements with qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdictions before acting. No outcome is promised or guaranteed, including visa approval, cost savings, or a successful move.

Booking and payment

Payment is taken before the session. The contract between us is formed when your payment is confirmed. Once it clears you receive a scheduling link and choose a time that suits you. Sessions run for the hour or hours purchased.

Your right to cancel, if you are in the EU or UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel this contract within 14 days of it being formed, without giving any reason and without penalty. To cancel, just email ezekielphilippines25@gmail.com. A clear statement that you are cancelling is enough. Your refund is issued within 14 days of that message.

If you ask for your session to go ahead inside those 14 days, you are asking for the service to begin during the cancellation period. You are told this at checkout and asked to confirm it. If the session is then fully delivered, the statutory right to cancel is used up. If you cancel partway through, you pay only for what was actually delivered.

This right sits alongside the refund policy below, which is more generous than the law requires and is open to everyone, wherever you live.

Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

Reschedule freely with at least 24 hours notice, using the link in your confirmation. With less than 24 hours notice the session may be treated as used, though this is applied with common sense when something genuinely goes wrong.

If a session you paid for was not worth your time, say so and it will be refunded. Unused hours are refundable in full on request. If Ezekiel has to cancel, you get a full refund or a replacement slot, whichever you prefer.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They are issued within a few working days of being agreed, and typically appear on your statement within five to ten working days after that, depending on your bank.

Your responsibilities

Advice is only as good as the information behind it. You agree to give accurate information about your situation and to make your own decisions about acting on anything discussed.

Confidentiality and materials

What you share in a session is treated as confidential and is not shared without your permission, including in any published client story. Sessions are not recorded unless you are asked first and agree.

Notes, plans, and documents produced for you during a session are yours to use. Any general frameworks or materials shown remain Ezekiel's, and are licensed to you for your own use rather than for resale or redistribution.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, liability arising out of the consulting or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. Indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, relocation costs, and missed opportunities, are excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. Access may be withdrawn for either. Sessions may be ended early, without refund, if you are abusive.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, with the date at the top revised accordingly. The terms in force when you booked are the ones that apply to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own local courts.
